(Family in the Fall)

Zack has had quite a few days off of work, and although that means a smaller check (bummer), but it also means we've been able to spend some much needed time as a family. Even though we didn't do anything extra out of the ordinary, and most of the time he was doing homework, it's nice to have him home for the everyday things. He works so hard with school and work it's nice to see him joke around and get down on the floor to play with Nix. All the hard work and time apart will be worth it in the end, but for now i'm just going to .....

Cherish the moments.

 Every time we lay Nix down three things happen.

He rolls over

knees tuck under his bum

and his feet always touch

It seriously is the cutest thing.

There is nothing better than peeking over the edge of the crib and seeing a perfectly positioned sleeping monster. :)

There are times when I look through my pictures and find that I am becoming more like my sister. Which is good. She is an amazing photographer and always takes a gazillion pictures and I'm finding that I am starting to have..... a gazillion pictures.
